Who I see

6+ for individual online individual and family therapy sessions across Ontario.

Who I am

I am a cisgender woman who identifies as LGBT2SQ+, bigger-bodied, and an ADHDer. As the eldest in my family, I’ve experienced firsthand the complexities of navigating both diagnosis and self-acceptance. My lived experience has shaped my deep connection to the neurodivergent and LGBT2SQ+ communities—not just personally, but also through the experiences of my loved ones. These connections fuel my passion for providing affirming, compassionate support that truly honours the unique journeys of those I work with.

Client Areas of Interest

I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating a range of experiences, including Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), LGBTQ2S+ identity exploration, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and eating disorders. I recognize that healing is deeply personal, and you deserve a safer, affirming space where you can explore your identity, emotions, and personal growth without fear of judgment. No matter your background, I am here to provide compassionate, empowering support as you move toward greater self-understanding and well-being.

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and inclusivity. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued—one that honours your lived experiences and allows for meaningful self-exploration. Therapy should be a collaborative process, adapting to your unique needs and meeting you wherever you are in your journey.

I focus on highlighting your inherent strengths while fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation skills. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, affirming environment that empowers you to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Eclectic Modalities Used

My approach is eclectic, drawing from a range of therapeutic methods to best support your unique needs and experiences. I integrate Strength-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while ensuring these approaches are adapted to be affirming and accessible.

I recognize that many traditional therapy models were not designed with intersectionally marginalized groups in mind. Because of this, I am intentional about reshaping these frameworks in a way that acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression and validates your lived experiences. My goal is to provide a therapeutic space that empowers you while respecting your individual identity, strengths, and healing journey.

Who I see

Who I am

I am a cis, white woman with lifelong lived experience as an ally, having grown up in a family with LGBT2SQ+, trans, and neurodivergent members. From an early age, I witnessed the stigma, judgment, and exclusion that marginalized communities often face, and this experience shaped my deep commitment to advocacy and affirming mental health care.

Inspired by the resilience of those around me, I became a psychotherapist dedicated to fostering safer, more inclusive spaces for individuals from diverse backgrounds. My work is grounded in empathy, social justice, and a passion for meaningful change, ensuring that every person I support feels seen, valued, and empowered on their journey toward healing and self-acceptance.

Client Areas of Interest

As a mental health therapist, I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity exploration, including gender identity, sexuality, and neurodivergence (ADHD, AuDHD, etc.). I provide a compassionate, affirming space where clients can explore their sense of self without fear of judgment.

My work also focuses on helping individuals process childhood and relationship trauma, manage anxiety, and build emotional resilience. Additionally, I support clients with cannabis use, women’s/AFAB health concerns such as PMDD, PCOS, and endometriosis, and the complexities of low/no-contact relationships. I also offer guidance for those struggling with eating differences, recognizing the impact of both societal pressures and neurodivergent experiences on food relationships.

My approach is rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and a deep commitment to honouring each client’s unique experiences and needs.

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is rooted in fostering a genuine, supportive connection that honours your unique experiences. I provide a space where you can safely explore your intersectional identities, work toward deeper self-acceptance, and cultivate self-compassion.

At the same time, I recognize that personal struggles don’t exist in isolation—they are shaped by broader systems of stigma and oppression. Together, we will explore not only your inner world but also the external factors that may impact your well-being, helping you build resilience while challenging harmful societal narratives. My goal is to support you in navigating these complexities with greater empowerment, authenticity, and self-trust.

Eclectic Modalities Used

I acknowledge that traditional therapy techniques that focus on changing thoughts don’t always work well for every individual, especially those who are marginalized or who hold multiple intersectionalities. For this reason, I draw on an eclectic number of modalities such as narrative therapy, attachment theory, ACT, CFT, EFT, CBT, IFS-informed, and somatic-based techniques to best fit your unique needs.

Who I am

I am a queer, racialized settler, cis woman, and bigger-bodied, late-diagnosed ADHDer. As a parent, partner, and therapist, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my work. I understand the complexities of late diagnosis, the challenges of parenting into adulthood, navigating addiction, and the journey of embracing one’s true identity. My personal and professional paths have deepened my commitment to creating an affirming, compassionate space where you feel truly seen and supported.

Client Areas of Interest

I provide affirming support through life transitions, including school, work, late diagnosis, and identity exploration (ADHD, Autism, race, gender, sexuality, etc.). I also have experience working with newcomers to Canada, hormonal and chronic health conditions, substance use, and OCD. My approach focuses on strengths, needs, and skill-building to help you navigate mental health challenges and foster overall well-being.

My Therapeutic Approach

I offer therapy through an identity-affirming, culturally responsive, equity-focused, and sex-positive, kink-informed lens. Your lived experiences and intersectional identities shape how you navigate the world, and I strive to honour that with curiosity, care, and connection. Through a judgment-free, collaborative approach, I create a space where you can explore, heal, and fully embrace who you are—without the pressure to conform to societal expectations.

Eclectic Modalities Used

I integrate evidence-based practices such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based ACT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, CBT, DBT, and somatic-based approaches to provide personalized and effective support. However, I also understand that therapy isn’t just about techniques—it’s about connection. My lived experiences allow me to bring deeper empathy, insight, and authenticity to our work, ensuring that you feel heard, validated, and supported.

Who I See

13+ for individual sessions.

Who I am

I am a white, cisgender, queer woman living in a fat body that experiences chronic pain. As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, I’ve navigated the world with a unique lens, shaped by my experiences as an eldest daughter and recovering perfectionist. My personal journey has deeply informed my work, grounding me in empathy, humility, and understanding of the complexities of identity, mental health, and living with chronic pain.

Client Areas of Interest

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, particularly in navigating life’s challenges with an ADHD/Autistic-friendly approach. I am also passionate about gender and sexuality exploration, life transitions, grief, and managing the impacts of chronic illness and disability. Additionally, I bring experience working with individuals navigating divorce, breakups, perfectionism, and developmental disabilities. Whether you’re seeking support for self-identity, trauma, or simply finding more ease in daily life, I am here to help make therapy accessible and meaningful for all.

My Therapeutic Approach

I welcome you into a space where you can bring your whole self—messy, joyful, angry, or grieving—without judgment. Therapy isn’t about perfection; it’s about authenticity. Sometimes we’ll laugh, sometimes we’ll cry, and sometimes we’ll sit with the hard stuff together.

I believe in collaboration, inviting your feedback to ensure our work feels right for you. My practice is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and deeply affirming of neurodivergent, queer, and trans identities. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that truly fits you.

Eclectic Modalities Used

My approach prioritizes accessibility and considers your whole self—including the broader systems and narratives that impact you (e.g., cisheterosexism, ableism, racism, poverty). I integrate Narrative & Expressive Arts Therapy, Somatic Approaches (Hakomi, Parts Work), and IFS-Informed Therapy. By blending these methods, I create a supportive space that validates your lived experiences while fostering healing and self-discovery.

Who I Am

I am a white settler, queer, trans-non-binary individual, and a late-diagnosed Autistic person with chronic health conditions. While our shared identities can create a foundation for connection, I believe that my natural curiosity, humility, and compassion allow me to deeply understand and honour your unique lived experiences.

Client Areas of Interest

I am deeply passionate about supporting queer, trans, and neurodivergent individuals in both individual and couples sessions. My goal is to provide affirming, compassionate care to LGBTQIA+ folks by creating a safer, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and emotions without the pressure of conforming to cisgender, heterosexual, or monogamous expectations.

For neurodivergent clients, I am committed to holding a space that celebrates your unique brain, acknowledging the strengths and challenges of your neurodivergence, and resisting the assumption that your neurodivergence needs to be “fixed.” My work supports you in navigating life’s challenges, transitions, identity exploration, and healing from internalized stigma, including ableism, transphobia, homophobia, and racism.

My Therapeutic Approach

I take a trauma-informed, affirming, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. My practice is sex-positive and kink-positive, focusing on creating a safer, inclusive environment where you feel empowered. I prioritize a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your unique lived experiences, goals, and values. I believe in involving you in decision-making, recognizing you as the expert of your own experiences, and working collaboratively to foster growth and healing.

Eclectic Modalities Used

I take an integrative approach, drawing on mindfulness, self-compassion, and empowerment, while using an intersectional lens to guide my work. My therapeutic toolkit includes somatic psychotherapy with neurodivergent-affirming techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment/relational therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

For couples, I employ an attachment-focused approach and apply Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help reconnect emotionally and foster deeper understanding between partners.

In working with couples, I take an attachment lens and apply emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to find some grounds for emotional connection or reconnection with your partner(s).
