Who I see
6+ for individual online individual and family therapy sessions across Ontario.
Who I am
I’m a cisgender woman who identifies as LGBT2SQ+, bigger-bodied and an ADHDer. Growing up as the eldest in my family, I’ve witnessed the challenges and celebrations that come with both diagnosis and fully embracing my true self. I also have a deep, personal connection to the LGBT2SQ+ community and neurodivergent communities through my loved ones.
Client Areas of Interest
I have a passion for working with you to navigate a range of challenges, such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), LGBTQ2S+ identity exploration, being an ADHDer, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, and eating disorders. You may come from diverse a background and need a safe space where you can openly express yourself and feel supported in your journey of healing and self-discovery. I’d love to provide this for you!
My Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and inclusivity. I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued, and I work collaboratively with you to help cultivate personal growth. I believe in creating a non-judgmental space that honours your lived experiences and allows you to explore your inner world more easily. Central to my approach is the idea that therapy should adapt to you, meeting you where you are emotionally and psychologically. I focus on helping you recognize your inherent strengths while fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation skills.
Eclectic Modalities Used
My approach is eclectic, drawing from various therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs. I emphasize Strength-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). However, I am mindful of adapting strategies from these models to better fit those of you in intersectionally marginalized groups who have and continue to experience systemic oppression.

Who I am
I identify as a cis, white woman with life-long lived experience as an ally, having grown up around LGBT2SQ+ and neurodivergent family members. From this, I could see the stigma, judgement, and exclusion that can exist within our society. This inspired me to become a therapist, and I have dedicated my life to making meaningful changes and supporting diverse populations.
Who I see
13+ for individual sessions.
Client Areas of Interest
I have a therapeutic focus in supporting adolescents and adults navigating identity exploration (gender identity, sexuality, ADHD, Autism, etc.), life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and grief. I also have experience working with hormonal issues and chronic illness, along with eating differences and body image concerns.
My Therapeutic Approach
I approach my work with you in a way that aims to foster genuine connection. I support the exploration of your intersectional identities and journey towards more self-acceptance and self-compassion while also challenging systems-level stigma and oppression.
Eclectic Modalities Used
I draw on an eclectic number of modalities, e.g., narrative, ACT, CFT, EFT, CBT, IFS-informed, and somatic-based, to best fit your unique needs. I feel that therapy should be tailored to your goals and experiences.

Who I am
I identify as a white cis queer woman who exists in a fat body that experiences chronic pain. I am also a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, eldest daughter, and recovering perfectionist.
Who I See
13+ folx for individual sessions.
Client Areas of Interest
The areas of interest that I am particularly drawn to are supporting folx with ADHD/Autism/AuDHD (late and self-diagnosis welcome) and making their lives more ADHD/Autistic-friendly, exploring gender and sexuality, life transitions, grief and loss, divorce and breakups, perfectionism, chronic illness, and disability. I am also trained in working with folx with developmental disabilities and making therapy accessible for all.
Eclectic Modalities Used
It is important to me to use approaches to therapy that are accessible and which take your whole self into consideration, while also leaving space for the systems and social narratives that impact you (such as cisheterosexism, ableism, racism, poverty, and so on). I often lean on narrative and expressive arts modalities, as well as somatic approaches such as Hakomi and parts work informed by Internal Family Systems.
My Therapeutic Approach
I welcome your whole self in the therapy space, just as I welcome my whole self. There will be times that we are laughing, crying, or even yelling or swearing as we work through different parts of your story. I leave space for you to give me feedback and to tell me if I have something wrong so that we can work together to find the best fit for you. I strive to be trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and neurodiversity and queer and trans-affirming.

Who I See
18+ for both individual online therapy sessions and couples counselling across Ontario
Who I Am
I am a white settler, queer, trans-non-binary and late-diagnosed Autistic who has chronic health issues. While a shared identity may offer us a bridge of connection, I rely on my natural curiosity, humility and compassion to strive to understand your unique lived experiences.
Client Areas of Interest
I am passionate about working with queer, trans and neurodivergent folks! My goal is to provide affirming care to LGBTQIA+ folks by holding a safe space for folks to explore their experiences and emotions, free of assumptions that cisgender, heterosexuality or monogamy is the ‘norm.’ To provide neurodivergent-affirming care, I am committed to holding a space that both celebrates your unique brain and affirms the unique challenges you may face without the assumption that your neurodivergence is something that needs to be ‘fixed.’ I support you in processing life’s challenges, transitions, identity exploration and recognizing any internalized stigma that you may hold (e.g. internalized ableism, transphobia, homophobia, racism).
My Therapeutic Approach
I approach therapy with a trauma-informed, affirming, culturally responsive, sex-positive and kink-positive lens. I am client-centered, meaning I approach therapy based on your unique lived experiences, goals and values. I am passionate about involving clients in the decision-making process and ensuring you are recognized as the expert in your own lived experiences.
Eclectic Modalities Used
I take an integrative approach, emphasizing mindfulness, self-compassion, and empowerment through an intersectional lens. My therapeutic toolkit includes somatic psychotherapy (with a focus on neurodivergent-affirming techniques), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment/relational therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In working with couples, I take an attachment lens and apply emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to find some grounds for emotional connection or reconnection with your partner(s).
